Carrie Underwood has been asked to keep her look natural. After reports noted that she has gotten work done on her face, she has been called to stop the changes.

Carrie Underwood is an American country singer. After winning the 4th season of American Idol in 2005, she became most well known for her songs, “Before He Cheats” and “The Champion.”
With Katy Perry’s departure to focus on her music career. Underwood has taken over. Though she is not getting paid nearly as much as Perry, she promises to be a judge who critiques with heart and integrity. Though, it has been hard saying “no” as she knows what it’s like to be in their position.
Additionally, Underwood is married to Canadian ice hockey center, Mike Fisher. The pair has two boys together, Isaiah and Jacob. It seems like Underwood has it all, but is insecure about her appearance.
The 41-year-old has recently been called out for getting work done. Though she looks younger than her age, an insider revealed that not everything worked out so well.
A Natural Look
Fans are not too happy about Carrie Underwood’s appearance changes. As people get older it is common to want to look as young as possible and even though she has barely reached her 40s, Carrie Underwood is no exception.
Fans got a glimpse of Underwood’s dedication to appearances in a September Instagram post. The American Idol judge went on a trip through the outdoors in Montana with Fisher. In the post, Underwood is wearing a full face of makeup while holding a fish and the juxtaposition sent fans on a rampage.
One commenter noted, “That’s a lot of makeup for fly fishing…” Another tried to specifically note what has been done while shading other actresses. The person wrote, “Probably brow lift or upper blepharoplasty. She got the Jennifer Lawrence & Emma Stone work done.”
Some fans were just upset by the change as one noted, “Is it just me, or is Carrie not looking like Carrie lately?” Another fan who was unsupportive of the new look wrote, “Love Carrie but she needs to stop with all the facial and teeth enhancements. She was so beautiful before and didn’t need to join the world of ‘unnatural beauty.’”
A Different Smile
An insider recently disclosed to Life & Style that the work done on her teeth was not done well. The performer’s botched surgery has garnered lots of attention.
The insider explained, “She’s clearly had work on them to even things out a bit more, but they didn’t turn out so well.” Additionally, the source noted, “Her teeth buck out and look bigger and unnaturally bright, the veneers are too big and look so fake that fans are cringing.”
Multiple fans turned to the teeth that were reportedly done poorly within their comments on Underwood’s full makeup and fish post. Based on all the negativity, at least it’s something she can hide by closing her mouth.
Agreeing with previous comments a fan expressed, “She does look different. Still absolutely beautiful! Did she get her teeth done? Not putting her down just wondering.” Some were not as nice as one commenter wrote, “Ok all I see is her huge white dentures wtf?”
In addition, more people were saying how unrecognizable the star was. Perhaps she pulled an Avril Lavigne. Furthermore, a fan wrote “I think she is great but all honesty I can’t recognize her. She is and always has been so naturally beautiful. So much surgery here and new teeth maybe????” They completed their comment with a crying emoji.
A Deep Obsession
The insider revealed that this may seem like a shock but is not even close as Underwood has always been obsessed with her appearance. The insider claimed that this obsession took over her life when she fell and damaged her wrists and face in 2017. The accident required surgery on her face, specifically by her mouth and she was forced to get 50 stitches.
The source calls for Carrie to stop adjusting her appearance. They remarked, “Carrie should learn to leave well enough alone, but she’s fixated on her looks. Everyone knows she’s addicted to Botox and fillers, but she’s also running to the dentist for bleaching and little tweaks here and there.”
Moreover, the insider expressed remarks similar to those of the commenters. They noted, “It’s just kind of sad because she was such a pretty girl and still is but she’s looking weirder and weirder. The feeling is she should just embrace her natural beauty. She’s so talented and successful, she doesn’t need all the rest.”
