    Current city  Nashville, TN.

Really want to be in  San Diego, CA and just living my best life there.

Excited about  Shock To The System (Part One), my new EP that just came out that I am incredibly proud of.

My current music collection has a lot of  Metalcore.

And a little bit of  Danzig.

Preferred format  I love the physical format of vinyl, but I am partial to the convenience that comes with streaming. It is hard to play vinyl while working out.

    5 Albums I Can’t Live Without:

    1

    Throwing Copper, Live

My brother turned me on to this record and I think this album made me want to be a songwriter and musician. This album was everything to me as a teenager. It got me so into music that I abandoned wanting to be a comic book artist or an actor and jump fully into music. I learned a lot of my vocal chops from what Ed Kowalczyk does on this album.

    2

    Aenima, Tool

I think this is one of my favorite metal albums. It is certainly one of my favorite albums to listen to, period. Maynard’s vocals were hugely inspirational to me and my future self as a vocalist. I think this record is a perfect example of [the theory that] even if you don’t know what is being sung, it doesn’t matter because it is so emotive that you can feel it. I may not always have known what Maynard was saying, but I could tell he was saying something deep.

    3

    Superunknown, Soundgarden

This album might be one of my favorite albums of all time. This was the soundtrack to my high school years. It was one of the records that I taught myself to sing to while doing my best to emulate Chris Cornell. He is one of the best to ever do it and one of my biggest inspirations as a vocalist to this day.

    4

    Dirt, Alice In Chains

This record contains another vocalist that was a huge part of me making the decision to want to be a singer. The power in Layne’s voice is undeniable and you felt it in your soul. The riffs by Jerry were amazing and the harmonies were killer and unforgettable. It is a heavy, dark album that I continue to love to this day.

    5

    The Black Album, Metallica

This was my first introduction and full-on embrace of the metal genre. This is one of my favorite albums of all time. The songwriting on this album is legendary and still holds up to this day. It was my first introduction to Metallica and has made me a fan for life. The guitar solos were singable melodies that I can still belt out to this day. This to me was their magnum opus album and I went and listened to everything else after discovering this one. I know this may ruffle some feathers, but this is the perfect Metallica album to me.
