Lisa Rinna is breaking down how her sex life changed after turning 60.
“I think when you become this age you’re just f—ing smart,” Rinna, 61, said during the February 6 episode of the “Who’s the Asshole?” podcast when discussing what’s “different and what’s better” about physical intimacy at her current age. “You’re wise, you’re smart and you do not give a f—. That to me is very powerful. Your confidence level is … just you’re so much more grounded, I think.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum said she “would never” want to be in her 20s again. “I was all over the f—ing place,” Rinna explained. “Your frontal lobes are not developed. You’re so f—ing stupid.”
Rinna’s comments come one month after she appeared on the cover of Cosmopolitan’s “Sex After 60” issue and spoke candidly about the changes she’s experienced in the bedroom with her husband, Harry Hamlin.

When asked by Cosmo whether they have experienced any “issues with his sexuality in terms of desire or capabilities,” Rinna replied,”I mean, luckily not capabilities. I think that’s lucky for him, because at 72, who knows?”
“I do think that desire levels change for a man,” she continued in the January article. “That’s just the natural evolution of life. So it’s figuring out how to coexist without taking that personally as a woman. I think that it’s almost more about companionship and about creating space for the ebb and flow of sexuality.”
Despite the changes, Rinna shared that she and Hamlin, 73, are still connected. “We really have great sex together, and we always have,” Rinna noted. “It’s just that maybe it doesn’t happen quite as often as it did when you’re in your 30s and in your 20s, I would say. And I think that’s normal.”
Rinna explained that she and Hamlin feel as young as they did when they tied the knot in 1997. (Rinna and Hamlin welcomed daughters Delilah and Amelia in 1998 and 2001, respectively. Hamlin is also dad to son Dimitri Alexander, whom he welcomed with ex Ursula Andress.)
“I don’t feel like I’m 60, and Harry doesn’t feel like he’s 72,” she said. “So, it’s just the number comes up, and you’re like, ‘Oh, f—!’ And that’s what I’m always going to fight against. I’ve thought a lot about it, because I just turned 60 in July, and there’s this whole thing about aging gracefully. And I’m like, ‘F— it. I’m going to age disgracefully.’”
Through the years, Rinna has publicly displayed how she embraces her age and sexuality by posing confidently while naked. In December 2024, the former soap star made headlines when she posed in front of a mirror and massage bed completely nude. “Out with the Old in with the New!” she captioned the snap.
