Marion Hugh “Suge” Knight Jr. has worn many hats over the years, from his football career to being part of the gangsta rap scene. Currently serving a sentence following a 2015 hit-and-run, Knight has made claims over another controversial figure in the music industry. Notably, he spoke about Sean “Diddy” Combs and his interactions with young artists.
Suge Knight Talked About Diddy’s Actions With Usher & Justin Bieber
Knight is an American record executive, former NFL player, and former CEO of Death Row Records. He was considered a pivotal figure in the gangsta rap scene of the 1990s.
However, in 2015, Knight killed a man, Terry Carter, after crashing his car into two men in Compton. He then fled the scene. A second victim, Cle Sloan, survived his injuries. In 2018, Knight pleaded no contest to manslaughter. He was then sentenced to 28 years in prison.
As noted by Meaww, while speaking with Michael Franzese while in prison, Knight made claims against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. In particular, he claimed Diddy has inappropriate relationships with various young artists.
The video, which was uploaded to YouTube, noted in its description, “Suge Knight shares his inside perspective on the dangerous web of influence and corruption surrounding big names like P Diddy, Usher, and Justin Bieber. We discuss the recent charges, hidden truths, and dark practices that have gone unchecked for far too long.”
According to Knight, Diddy wasn’t just a mentor to singer Usher, for example. Knight referred to him as Diddy’s “boyfriend,” also claiming he was told not to interfere.
Knight also claimed that Diddy exposed singer Justin Bieber to various adult situations. Among Knight’s allegations, he claimed Bieber was exposed to drugs and alcohol, as well as “inappropriate vacations with older men.”
As Knight shared, “Everybody said what was done to Usher and they have done it to JB. Usher spent the night with him and Puffy being in the same bed. You know don’t have one of your guys do nothing to him…he, a good young man. And even Puffy got a thing.”
Meanwhile, Diddy Has Been Facing Legal Troubles Since His September Arrest
Knight also shared, “It was the saddest thing in the world what they did to Justin Bieber. No grown men are supposed to be getting high and doing drugs and drinking with kids.”
Back in 2016, Usher appeared on “The Howard Stern Show,” where he talked about things he encountered at Diddy’s home. As he mentioned, “I got a chance to see some things.”
“I went there to see the lifestyle. And I saw it. I don’t know if I could indulge and understand what I was even looking at. It was pretty wild.”
As previously mentioned, Diddy has faced various legal troubles since this past September. At the time, he was indicted over a variety of charges, including sex trafficking.
At this time, Diddy has denied the allegations against him. Over the ensuing months, Diddy’s legal team had attempted to see him placed on house arrest.
However, following a third failed bail proposal being rejected by a judge, it is believed that Diddy will stay behind bars until his upcoming trial this May. For the time being, Diddy is awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
