Many Family Feud watchers who have been watching the game show for decades, and now watch it with their own families, regularly call out the raunchy turn that the program has taken in recent years. These days, the survey questions and subsequent answers regularly straddle that line of being NSFW.
Of course, in many ways, this is by design on behalf of the producers. The more risqué these questions and answers are on the popular game show, the more potential they have to become viral clips on social media. When you have someone like Steve Harvey at the helm, he is always ready to egg things on and exaggerate things in a hilarious way, resulting in a winning combination.
Steve Harvey Asks Raunchy Survey Question
In Family Feud scenes, Steve Harvey asked the survey question: “Name something big you might take with you to a nude beach.”
Without question, this is a prime example of the kinds of questions producers come up with to stir the pot and keep things NSFW. While some viewers do complain about this raunchy turn the show has taken, the vast majority of viewers take it all in stride as something all in good fun.
However, after Steve Harvey recently asked this question in Family Feud scenes, one player responded with an answer that neither Harvey nor most viewers expected. A player named Greg responded with: “Binoculars.” While this is certainly a smart answer the more you think about it, it’s one that surprised many.
Greg even applauded himself, as he seemed content with his own answer. Ever the comedian, Steve Harvey used the moment to crack a joke, as he regularly does on the game show. Harvey rolled up his cue card into the shape of binoculars and exclaimed: “Yeah!”
Family Feud Fans React To Hilarious Viral Moment
This is exactly the kind of moment on the show that brings a lot of laughs, and Steve Harvey is always there to add some of his comedic genius to really sell it. At the end of the clip, there’s even an animation of a jail cell closing on this player. However, many commenters can’t argue with his answer.
