UB40 are hitting the road this fall with their “Relentless Tour,” bringing their signature blend of British reggae-pop across the country. They’ll be joined by The English Beat on select dates, with additional support from Inner Circle, Big Mountain, and the Buena Vista Orchestra at various stops along the way.
The 33-date outing marks the group’s fourth year in a row playing to American audiences. “No doubt we’ll be clocking up the miles on the road, as we always do with many hours spent on the tour bus,” drummer Jimmy Brown said in a statement, “but American audiences are so much fun to play to and are so loud in their appreciation that it is one of the most rewarding countries to tour.” The English Beat and Inner Circle are also returning to the road with UB40, having provided support on last year’s tour.
The US tour kicks off on August 17th in Atlanta. After that, they’ll hit play shows in cities including Orlando, Philadelphia, Seattle, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and more. Their final show is on October 5th in Las Vegas.
