Green Day and Hozier will headline the 2025 Ohana Festival alongside event co-founder Eddie Vedder and his side band Earthlings from Sept. 26-28 at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, Ca.

Ohana, which began in 2016 and has gone on to win Pollstar‘s Music Festival of the Year (under 30K attendance) award three times, will also boast performances by Kings of Leon, Cage the Elephant, Leon Bridges, Garbage, Wet Leg, the Breeders’ Kim Deal, James, Stereophonics and Mannequin Pussy.

Members of Pearl Jam’s Ten Club fan organization have first crack at tickets today (April 29). The general public presale and onsale is set for Thursday at 12pm PT. Click here to explore ticket types, which include an Ultimate VIP package with four nights of lodging, shuttle service and elevated amenities.

Vedder debuted Earthlings at the 2021 edition of Ohana; the group also includes producer/musician Andrew Watt, Pearl Jam touring member Josh Klinghoffer, Glen Hansard, bassist Chris Chaney and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith. They have not performed since Ohana in 2023, as Pearl Jam headlined two of the three nights of the festival last year instead.

A portion of the proceeds from Ohana will benefit Doheny State Beach Foundation, San Onofre Parks Foundation and Surfrider, among others.

Vedder and Pearl Jam just began a short spring U.S. tour in support of their Grammy-nominated 2024 album Dark Matter and will be on the road through May 18 in Pittsburgh.
