Adam Levine Reveals Why He’s Not Coming Back To ‘The Voice’

The Voice fans were excited when Adam Levine returned to the show as a coach for Season 27. He was one of the original coaches when the show premiered many years ago. In 2019, he decided to hang up his hat and leave the show to spend more time with his wife and kids. Now, after only one season back, he’s leaving again. Why did he make this decision? Keep reading to get all the details.

The Voice Coach Adam Levine Leaving Again

The Voice fans were happy that Adam Levine returned to be a coach for this past season. Who knew he would already be throwing in the towel? He has revealed that he won’t be returning for Season 28, which will premiere in Fall 2025.

Why are fans losing Adam again so soon? He recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he spoke about rumors floating around about him. Levine cleared the air about his future and why he isn’t returning to The Voice.

Adam is part of the popular band Maroon 5. It has been quite some time since the band has released any new albums. So, during his interview, he shared what he knows about the future of the band, which, of course, includes him. The rumors flying around were that Maroon 5 is going to finally be releasing new music.

Levine addressed the rumors and said, “I’m gonna confirm the rumors are true. It’s true! The rumors are correct.”

    He went on to say,

“I cannot divulge all the details, but the details are, basically, roughly, there’s a song coming, a single coming at the end of the month-ish. I’m really excited about it. Album is coming over the summer. Non-specifically, around the summertime. And then even more non-specifically, there is a tour coming in the fall-ish.”

Fans can now agree that the Maroon 5 news is worth leaving The Voice for. It’s unclear if he plans to return to the hit singing competition as a judge sometime in the future.

Why Adam Left The Voice In 2019

The Voice fans saw Adam Levine leave the popular show in 2019 after being a judge for 16 seasons. At the time, nobody knew what prompted the exit. Some thought it had to do with the drama that occurred when his entire team was eliminated.

However, after leaving, he did an interview in which he shared that he just felt it was time to move. Plus, leaving the show allowed him much-needed time with his wife and children. Fans were not happy when he left. This is when Gwen Stefani stepped in to replace him.

Now, it seems that his own music career is the reason he’s leaving. This time around it has nothing to do with possible drama or even spending time with his family.

Maroon 5 fans are pumped to hear the new music and see the band back out on tour. They do have one show scheduled in July, and tickets are already on sale. The information can be found on their website.

What do you think about Adam leaving the show again? Are you excited to hear Maroon 5 is releasing new music?

    Stay tuned for more updates.
