90 Day Fiance star Veronica Rodriguez just tied the knot with Seth Daryoushfer in Charlotte, North Carolina. Yet, one visibly absent person was her ex-fiancé and close friend, Tim Malcolm. They have raised her daughter, Chloe, together and even appear on the 90 Day spinoff, Pillow Talk. So, where was he, and was he even invited? Keep reading for more details on what exactly went down.
Where Was Tim At Veronica’s Wedding?
90 Day Fiance fans know Tim Malcolm and Veronica Rodriguez as the former couple who have remained best friends. It seems that anyone who comes into their lives romantically must accept the other. Tim has raised Veronica’s daughter, Chloe, from a previous relationship, and they have an excellent co-parenting relationship. Moreover, they star on Pillow Talk together and are truly best friends. When Veronica began dating Seth Daryoushfer, it quickly turned serious. She had found her person, and they got engaged in September 2025 after nine months.
Unfortunately, the two were arrested in December for domestic violence. It looked like they were done, but in March of 2026, they walked down the aisle. Of course, it was presumed that Tim would be there, but he was not. Immediately, 90 Day Fiance fans wanted to know where he was. As it turned out, he was not invited, but why? Per a screenshot from John Yates, Veronica shared that her ex “didn’t attend because it wouldn’t have been appropriate, and that was completely understood by everyone.” However, he was in Florida housesitting for her father, so he landed a free trip in exchange for his services.
Finally, Veronica noted that it was “not so sad, we will always be coparents and friends but I have a new best friend now, my husband.” After learning why Tim Malcolm was missing from the wedding, 90 Day Fiance fans did not believe this at all. Some felt that Tim did not support the union, especially after the domestic violence arrests:
- I get why her best friend should be her husband not her ex, but i dont get why Tim couldn’t attend the wedding. Given the arrest maybe he didn’t approve of thewedding?
What’s The Truth?
90 Day Fiance fans are struggling to figure out the truth at this point. They feel that something more is going on behind the scenes and do feel bad for Tim Malcolm. He has been there for Veronica Rodriguez and her daughter. This was a slap in the face and nothing she could say would change that:
- The whole time everything has been about her daughter and their family? Especially if they were just best friends for the purpose of her daughter. Odd behavior to say the least
- If it wasn’t for Tim ..Veronica wouldn’t be on the cover of People magazine.
- I think he didn’t go because he doesn’t approve of the relationship
- Why is it inappropriate? You guys are friends??
It is likely no one will ever know the truth, but will Veronica and Tim be back on Pillow Talk? That is up in the air, but hopefully, this does not fracture their relationship.
