The video features the titular detective who is having second doubts about her impending marriage to Tewkesbury. Even though she loves him, she’s worried that marrying him might mean losing her identity as a Holmes. The trailer also teases her next big mission, involving finding clues about Sherlock’s whereabouts after he was kidnapped. It also highlights some of the movie’s thrilling sequences, including Brown’s character standing on top of a moving carriage while wearing a wedding dress and holding a gun.
The movie also features Louis Partridge as Tewkesbury, Himesh Patel as Dr. Watson, Sharon Duncan-Brewster as Mira Troy/Moriarty, Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, and Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes. In addition to leading the cast, Brown is also producing alongside Mary Parent, Alex Garcia, Ali Mendes, Robert Brown, Michael Dreyer, and Thorne. It is also executive-produced by Joshua Grode, Jake Bongiovi, and Isobel Richards. The show is a production by Legendary Entertainment and PCMA Productions.
After Enola Holmes 3, Brown will star in two more Netflix movies: the romantic comedy film Just Picture It with Gabriel LaBelle and the recently announced World War II movie, Nineteen Steps. The latter is based on Kathleen McGurl’s bestselling 2023 novel of the same name, with Academy Award-winning filmmaker Tom Hooper attached to direct.
