Bachelor Couple Has Advice For Other Bachelor Nation Stars
Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are the gold standard of Bachelor Nation couples. The two recently celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary, making them one of the longest-lasting couples in the franchise along with Trista and Ryan Sutter.
E! News recently caught up with the Lowes at an event and asked if they had any advice for other stars from the show. Sean Lowe offered the sage wisdom, “Don’t let the spotlight fool you.”
“You don’t have a discernible talent, right? OK, so you are famous for a little bit, right? But you’re not a great actor or a great singer. This is how I always felt. It was very humbling because I knew I’m just a normal guy that happened to be on this TV show. I don’t deserve the spotlight.”
He added the Bachelor Nation fame can be fleeting and to always remain humble. He noted that neither he or Catherine ever pursued fame and instead settled down immediately after the show and started a family.
The couple share three children, sons Samuel and Isaiah, and daughter Mia.
Sean Lowe Shares Strict Marriage Rule For Daughter
Catherine and Sean’s daughter Mia turned four in December. The Bachelor star joked she was “4 going on 18.” The tyke clearly has her dad wrapped around her finger. In fact, he doesn’t want her to ever leave the nest.
He shared a sweet photo on his Instagram of Mia as a flower girl in a recent wedding. “Shortly after this picture was taken I told her she could never marry and would live with her daddy forever,” he wrote alongside a photo of his daughter sitting on his knee.
He joked that he told her brothers that they should start looking for their own places to live. The post received multiple comments calling Mia Catherine’s “twin.”
One follower wrote, “You have, at a minimum 20 years to prepare your heart. Rest assured you will always be her first love.”
