Simone Biles Swapped Her Leotard For a Gorgeous Cutout Gown

Fresh off the heels of her Gold Over America Tour, Simone Biles traded her leo for a dazzling dress at Monday night’s InStyle Awards in LA. Biles, who was honored by Amanda Gorman for “The Original” award, was a vision in forest green. The custom ruched gown from Aliétte — which admittedly got us thinking about holiday dressing — featured ribbon tie straps, side cutouts, and a high slit that showed off the gymnast’s toned legs.

“I want to thank InStyle for this award and for getting me out of a leotard tonight,” Simone joked as she accepted her accolade. She accessorized her glamorous dress with drop earrings from Mateo New York, an emerald Judith Leiber clutch, and mint green Louboutins. It’s safe to say her style off the mat is just as impressive. Ahead, see the GOAT’s look from all angles at the event.
