Jazmine Sullivan: Heaux Tales, Mo’ Tales: The Deluxe [RCA]

When Jazmine Sullivan tweeted that she wanted to expand upon last year’s Heaux Tales with comedian Issa Rae, the Insecure creator responded, “Jazmine. Say the fuck less.” Those tweets come to fruition in some form on Heaux Tales, Mo’ Tales: The Deluxe, Sullivan’s companion piece to her 2021 stunner. Sullivan has described Mo’ Tales as an extension of the open conversations among Black women that she began on Heaux Tales, with comedian Mona Love among those joining her this round. The new release also includes “Tragic.”
