Phoebe Bridgers’ episode of the PBS series Austin City Limits is set to air on Saturday, December 4. In advance of her episode, which also features a set from Olivia Rodrigo, the show has shared her performance of Punisher’s “I Know the End.” Bridgers introduces the song by explaining that the lyric “I hate Texas” is a joke and discusses its origins. Watch it happen below.

When Bridgers performed “I Know the End” at the Austin City Limits Music Festival earlier this year—a different event from the TV taping—her set was cut off, prompting her to tweet “lol fuck acl.” The festival issued an apology and made a donation to Texas Abortion Funds.

Bridgers recently shared overs of Tom Waits’ “Day After Tomorrow,” Bo Burnham’s “That Funny Feeling,” and Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters.” She has collaborated on new songs by Muna and Christian Lee Hutson, and, for McCartney III Reimagined, she did “Seize the Day.”
