RHOSLC star, Lisa Barlow claims that she would be “fine” if she was not asked back for Season 6. Season 5 is coming to an end as part three of the reunion airs on Wednesday, February 5th. Contracts for the following season likely have yet to go out but Lisa is not worried about her future. How come? Keep reading for more details.
Lisa Barlow ‘Fine’ With Sitting Season 6 Out
Season 5 of RHOSLC has been hit or miss for Lisa Barlow. She does not like being accused of anything so she is always “going the distance.” Then, she was livid learning she had to fly home in coach seats rather than first class from the trip newbie, Bronwyn Newport arranged. As the ladies and their spouses were getting ready to head to the airport, Lisa saw where her seat was and she flipped out. The trip home was a little over an hour, according to Bronwyn. Yet, Lisa could not possibly sit in a bad seat.
She maintained she could not wait to see her son but not enough that she would sacrifice luxury for him. Her husband, John Barlow was indifferent and felt it was just a flight. She further stirred up trouble by bringing up Bronwyn’s daughter, Gwen’s biological father on camera. His parents were not present in Gwen’s life and there were some details Bronwyn never wanted her daughter to know. Now that the season is pretty much over, Lisa is sharing her feelings about what is to come. According to Reality Blurb!, she is fine with not returning.
Allegedly, Lisa Barlow has heard some whispers but would not “go the distance.” However, she did have this to say about what’s next for her:
“I mean, if they don’t want me back, I’m fine with that too.”
Yet, if Lisa does come back for Season 6, who would she hope is not joining her? More so, does she have anyone specific who brings the franchise down?
“I mean, I wouldn’t have asked Whitney back last year or this year. I mean, she’s another one that her storyline this whole year was lie, lie, lie. Like, I don’t give a s**t about your business.”
The Pleasure Is Hers
Lisa Barlow did make it clear that there would be no show without her. She stated that everyone should recognize that and realize what a great friend she has been rather than go up against her:
“Like, no one would be on a show if it weren’t for me. I helped bring the show to Utah, and instead of supporting me and being like, ‘Lisa is a good friend. She’s a good ally. She does whatever I need her to do when I need her to do it.’”
That is probably debatable amongst the cast but this is how Lisa feels as of now. She did add that she would bring Britani Bateman back with her if she were to be asked back. Again, there may be chatter but contracts likely have yet to go out. More so, it is unclear what Lisa’s actual reaction would be if she was not asked back for Season 6.
