Wednesday Season 3 Photo Gives First Look at Jenna Ortega in Netflix Return

Netflix has officially revealed the first Wednesday Season 3 photo, showing off Jenna Ortega’s character in the upcoming third season of the show.

What’s in the new Wednesday Season 3 photo?

The new photo sees Ortega‘s Wednesday Addams in front of Paris’ Eiffel Tower, standing in front of what looks to be a motorcycle. Alongside Wednesday, Thing, the iconic character from the show that is just a disembodied hand, can be seen alongside her. In a post on social media, Netflix also captioned the photo with a playful “From Paris, with dread.”

Wednesday Season 3 has no official release date as of yet. The show recently began filming in Dublin, but obviously will be going all over Europe if the new photo is anything to go by. Both previous seasons are currently available to stream on Netflix.

Check out the new look at Wednesday Season 3 below:

Wednesday Season 3 will once again be led by Ortega as Wednesday, with other cast members for the show including Winona Ryder, Chris Sarandon ( The Princess Bride) as Balthazar, Noah Taylor (Peaky Blinders) as Cyrus, Oscar Morgan (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms) as Atticus, and Kennedy Moyer (Task, Roofman) as Daisy, Emma Myers as Enid, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams, Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams, Victor Dorobantu as Thing, Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams, Hunter Doohan as Tyler, Fred Armisen as Uncle Fester, Joy Sunday as Bianca, Moosa Mostafa as Eugene, Georgie Farmer as Ajax, Evie Templeton as Agnes, Joanna Lumley as Grandmama, Billie Piper as Isadora Capri, and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo as Sheriff Ritchie Santiago.

“It’s our dark delight to fling open Nevermore Academy’s gates once more as we begin production on Season Three. We thank our invincible cast and crew for their continued commitment to doom and gloom,” showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar said of the third season in a statement (via Tudum). “To the fans, we appreciate your patience and ravenous online commentary – your twisted theories have inspired nightmares. This season, we welcome new students and new teachers and excavate some long-rotting Addams Family secrets. Don’t say you weren’t warned.”

Wednesday is executive-produced and created by Gough and Millar, based on the characters of cartoonist Charles Addams.
