How Can I Get Tickets to Coachella 2027?
Advance sale passes for Coachella 2027 go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 1st at 11:00 a.m. PST via the Coachella website. There are no traditional presale windows or promo codes — Coachella’s tiered pricing model is its version of an early-bird incentive: buy earlier and pay less, with prices stepping up as each tier sells out.
Once passes are on sale, fans can also look for deals or get passes to sold-out tiers via StubHub. Purchases made through StubHub are backed by the FanProtect guarantee, which covers buyers at 120% of the purchase price if something goes wrong with an order. StubHub is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

What Kind of Passes Are Available for Coachella 2027?
Coachella sells passes in a tiered structure: there’s no difference in access or perks between tiers, only price. Buy earlier and you pay less; as each tier sells out, the next one opens at a higher price. All prices listed below include service fees.
General Admission (GA) — Covers entry to the festival all three days and access to the GA camping areas. Weekend 1 runs $599 (Tier 1), $649 (Tier 2), and $699 (Tier 3). Weekend 2 runs $549, $599, and $649 at the same tiers.
GA + 3-Day Shuttle Bundle — Includes a GA pass and a Coachella Shuttle pass, bundled at a $20 discount over buying separately. Weekend 1 runs $729 (Tier 1), $779 (Tier 2), and $829 (Tier 3). Weekend 2 runs $679, $729, and $779.
GA 4-Pack — Four GA passes purchased together at $10 off per pass. Weekend 1 is $589 per pass (Tier 1) and $639 (Tier 2). Weekend 2 is $539 (Tier 1) and $589 (Tier 2). Only two tiers are available for the 4-pack.
VIP — Covers entry to the festival and all VIP areas all weekend, plus access to GA camping. VIP doesn’t guarantee pit access to any of Coachella’s stages, but does include dedicated entry and exit lanes, access to preferred parking, special food and drink options, private entry to the Yuma tent, enclosed VIP areas by the Coachella Stage, Outdoor Stage, Sahara Tent, and Mojave Tent, air-conditioned restrooms and shaded seating areas, and full no-host bars in VIP areas. Weekend 1 runs $1,299 (Tier 1) and $1,399 (Tier 2). Weekend 2 runs $1,249 and $1,349.

What’s the Difference Between Weekend 1 and Weekend 2?
Both weekends feature the same headliners and the same core lineup — but the experience isn’t identical, and the $50 price difference between the two reflects that.
The most reliable distinction is the grass: the festival grounds are in much better shape during Weekend 1, before 100,000 people have spent three days on them. Groundskeepers do their best to rehabilitate the fields between weekends, but Weekend 1 attendees get the better terrain. The Quasar and DoLab stages also feature different performers each weekend, offering at least some unique programming on both sides.
As for guest appearances — the conventional wisdom used to be that Weekend 1 attracted the bigger cameos and the more news-worthy moments. That calculus has shifted. As we wrote after Coachella 2026, Weekend 2 has become the victory lap: artists use the first weekend to present their show as they intend it, then bring out the guests once the pressure is off. Madonna joined Sabrina Carpenter on Weekend 2; so did Billie Eilish and SZA at Justin Bieber’s set. It’s worth factoring in when choosing between the two.
What Camping Options Are Available at Coachella 2027?
Coachella offers a wide range of on-site camping, all sold separately from festival passes. Prices listed include service fees and do not include the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT), which is added at checkout. All camping options go on sale May 1st.
Car Camping — The standard option, at $40 per night ($160 total for the weekend). A step up, Preferred Car Camping guarantees a spot in the lot closest to the entrance at $105 per night ($420 total). Preferred Front Row Car Camping puts you in the front row of that lot at $130 per night ($520 total). Powered Car Camping adds a power outlet and upgraded restroom and shower access at $155 per night ($620 total).
Group Car Camping — New for 2027, this option lets groups arrive separately and camp together in a reserved plot in Lot 5A. Individual spot payments within the group will be available; details are expected to be announced shortly.
Ready-Set Tent Camping — A pre-set, limited-edition Coachella souvenir tent for two, at $172.50 per night ($690 total).
La Campana Camping — Private, temperature-controlled pre-set tents with real beds for up to four people. Configurations start at $650 per night ($2,600 total) for one-queen or two-twin setups, and $825 per night ($3,300 total) for two-queen or four-twin setups.
Lake Eldorado — Ready-to-go accommodations for up to four people, with a 4-person tent at $187.50 per night ($3,000 total) and a 2-person lodge at $287.50 per night ($2,300 total).
Camping Companion Parking — Additional overnight parking for campers, $210 for the weekend.
Safari Camping and The Resort at Coachella are also available for the most premium on-site experience — pricing and details for both are available directly through the Coachella website.
What Parking and Shuttle Options Are Available at Coachella 2027?
A Coachella Shuttle Pass is available for $150 total, covering round-trip transportation to and from the festival from any participating stop via 100x Hospitality. It’s also available bundled with a GA pass at a $20 discount. Preferred Parking runs $299 for the full weekend and provides access to the venue through the north entrance.
For those traveling from Los Angeles, a one-way LAX Shuttle is available for both weekends, with bundle options combining LAX and standard shuttle service. Hotel packages — including GA or VIP passes, shuttle service, and curated hotel accommodations — are also available through the Coachella website.
Who Is Playing Coachella 2027?
No lineup has been announced for Coachella 2027. For the 2026 edition, Coachella revealed its headliners and full bill in mid-September 2025 — much earlier than the January window the festival had traditionally used — and given how strong advance pass sales were that cycle, a similar timeline for 2027 seems likely.
