Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne left Los Angeles and moved back to England before his death. However, they never sold their Los Angeles mansion. Now, a year after her husband’s death, Sharon Osbourne is struggling to sell it. Keep reading to find out the desperate move she made to unload the pricey estate.

Ozzy Osbourne Part Of New Film

Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon, are natives of England. However, they spent nearly as much time in the States as they did overseas. One of their favorite hot spots in California was the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood. The hotel just off the famous Sunset Strip was a haven for celebrities and musicians in the late 1970s and ’80s.

The hotel is still open, but nothing compares to the vibe from decades ago. If These Walls Could Rock tells the story of the hotel straight from the mouths of the rich and famous. Dozens of musicians and artists shared their stories, including Guns N Roses guitarist Slash, Morrissey, and Bruce Springsteen. Kelly and Sharon Osbourne took part in the film as well. Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne spent a lot of time in the Sunset Marquis Hotel back in the day.

Taking part in the film is just one of many ways the Osbournes keep Ozzy’s legacy alive. It’s available to stream on Apple TV and Amazon Prime. But Sharon Osbourne is trying to offload one part of his legacy.

Sharon Osbourne Struggling To Sell L.A. Mansion

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne owned multiple properties in the U.S. over the years. They bought a historic Hancock Park mansion in Los Angeles for $11.85 million in 2015. The home features seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. They put the mansion on the market for $18 million in 2022 as they prepared to move back to England amid Ozzy’s health issues. However, the home didn’t sell, even after the price was reduced to $17.5 million.

Ozzy Osbourne passed away at his home in England in July 2025, just a few weeks after performing his final show. The rocker reunited with Black Sabbath one more time before his death. He was famously kicked out of the band in 1979 amid allegations of drug and alcohol abuse. He went on to launch a successful solo career.

Ozzy Osbourne’s family took his loss hard. Sharon Osbourne put the Los Angeles mansion back on the market in April 2026 for $17 million. But there was little interest from buyers. She tried a new tactic in a desperate move to sell the home. The home is still listed for $17 million, but the rental price to rent it was slashed by $10,000.

The Daily Mail reports that the price to rent the home is $55,000 a month. That’s considerably less than the $65,000 rental price from just a few months ago. Renting the property requires a $195,000 deposit. Tenants would pay $660,000 a year in rent. Tell us in the comments if you think the price decrease will help sell the property.
