Teddi Mellencamp Became Known To Many After Appearing On The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
Teddi is the daughter of musician and songwriter John Mellencamp. She also became known to many as a main cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, she co-hosts the podcast Two T’s in a Pod alongside Tamra Judge.
Back in 2022, Teddi revealed that she was diagnosed with Stage 2 melanoma. In 2025, she shared that the skin cancer had metastasized to her brain and lungs, progressing to Stage 4. Since then, she has shared her health journey with fans as she has undergone treatments.
Recently, Mellencamp took to social media to invite fans along as she prepares for her regular immunotherapy sessions. At the time, she shared that her treatment day is her “least favorite day of the month.”
Teddi Tried To Keep A Sense Of Humor As She Got Ready For Her Intravenous Medication
In a series of Instagram stories, Teddi revealed that her six-year-old daughter, Dove, gives her a hug before she leaves for her treatment. Despite these challenges, the reality star counted her blessings. Saying that she had “all the necessities,” she expressed, “So I am blessed.”
Teddi also kept a sense of humor through the share. As she packed a bag with a pillow, water, and an iPad, she sarcastically quipped, “Oh joy.” She then prepared for the intravenous medication, sharing, “So now we warm my arms up to see where we can find a vein. Yep. I’m hoping… I’m hoping it’s my left arm today. Fingers crossed.”
Back in October, doctors claimed that Teddi no longer had any detectable cancer. However, she’s still not considered to be in complete remission, as doctors usually use a five-year mark. Earlier this year, Teddi also claimed that she has “no trace of cancer” during an episode of the Two T’s in a Pod podcast.
