Taylor Swift’s Backup Dancer
There’s a new season of Dancing with the Stars, and of course, the pro dancers have some pretty cool resumes. Jan Ravnik, for example, was a dancer on Taylor Swift’s iconic Eras Tour. The 31-year-old was on tour with Taylor from 2023 to 2024. Not only that, but he was in the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour movie. So, it’s clear he has a close, personal relationship with Taylor.
Because of that, he was actually one of the guests invited to her mega Madison Square Garden wedding to NFL star Travis Kelce. The pair had a super magical day; however, they kept it pretty under wraps and haven’t shared many details at all. Travis has been the only one to share any details, really, and even then, they aren’t major. However, since Jan was there, he definitely knows what went on behind the closed doors.
Now that he’s a pro on DWTS, his partner is trying to focus on one thing – not asking Taylor Swift-related questions.
Tatyana Ali Tries Her Best Not To Pry
Now that the new season of Dancing with the Stars has started, fans are getting an inside look at the celebrity dancers and their pro partners. Backstage, during the week one performances, Jan’s partner, Tatyana Ali, was asked how she’s doing when it comes to keeping her Taylor questions to herself. Apparently, she’s doing a pretty good job, E! reports.
“I was respectful,” she says about her time with Jan so far. “I did do a little research, and I thought he wouldn’t like that.”
Apparently, she was right. Jan is pretty impressed, as she “still hasn’t” asked him anything about the big wedding day. “This is respect,” he continues.
Of course, fans are dying to know if Jan will be adding in any Taylor Swift to the music lineup this season, given his background with the pop star.
“We’re not,” he starts. “But we are using something. It’s a clue, let’s try to find it,” he continues.
It sounds like fans will just have to wait for more details on both the clue and the wedding.
