The series originally premiered in 2024, and is based on the Australian series True Story with Hamish & Andy, created by Tim Bartley, Hamish Blake, Andy Lee, and Ryan Shelton. The series follows different stories that take place in Florida, with a star-studded cast comprising both of its seasons.

The first season of the show featured stars Betsy Sodaro, Anna Faris, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Jon Gries, Sam Richardson, Simon Rex, Randall Park, and more.
