In the Sunday, January 19th episode of Sister Wives, Christine Brown Woolley shared her latest business venture. She and her husband, David Woolley had purchased a home in Moab, Utah to make it an Airbnb. Now, it is ready for renters but how much will it cost per night? Keep reading for further details.
Christine Brown’s Airbnb Is Ready For Renters
For many years, Christine Brown Woolley’s job was being the faithful third wife. She raised the kids and kept the home, she was the “yes” wife. Yet, as she has revealed on Sister Wives, that became exhausting and she could no longer do it. The mother of six was not thinking about herself but rather everyone else in her plural family and her husband, Kody Brown. Eventually, she told him that she had to back down some but it was not until they moved to Las Vegas that she thought about a career. She and Janelle Brown went to real estate school and obtained their licenses.
It was too time-consuming for Christine so she spent time hustling for My Sisterwife’s Closet until she found MLMs. She could stay at home while generating an income. When she left Kody, she was still hustling and now that she has married David Woolley, there is so much life that she wants to live. One thing they decided to do was buy a home in Moab so they could make it into an Airbnb. Her son, Paedon Brown noted it may not have been a dream of hers but now that she can do it, she will.
The couple and Christine Brown Woolley’s children were seen moving items from the couple’s home to take to Moab. Now, it is available to be rented but at what cost? According to Distractify, the Moab home cost the couple $676K and has three bedrooms, two and a half baths. Eight guests can fit in the home and features a seasonal pool, hot tub, and all amenities for families traveling with children.
Family Game Night
Christine Brown Woolley has ensured every guest will never have to leave to have fun. There are board games plus a high chair and a playpen as well as things to read when it is time to kick back and relax. Unfortunately, if guests have pets, they must stay home. As for the price tag on the Moab Airbnb, guests must stay for at least two nights. If someone checks in on a Monday and were to leave on a Wednesday, each night is $140. However, there is a $140 cleaning fee plus a $59 Airbnb fee. Adding in taxes, it is over $530. Of course, weekend stays are far pricier, with each night going up to $389 making the total over $1100. Kids are free.
