‘Silent Hill f’ Among Six Games With Six Nominations for The Horror Game Awards 2025

The nominees for the 2025 edition of The Horror Game Awards have been revealed, as as expected, Konami’s Silent Hill f is a standout with 6 nominations. However, it has plenty of company, as it’s one of six titles with 6 nominations this year, with five of those six titles up for Game of the Year.

Alongside Silent Hill f, MoonHood’s The Midnight Walk, Frankie Smile Show’s Look Outside, semiwork’s R.E.P.O., Pollard Studio’s KARMA: The Dark World, and Trioskaz’s No, I’m not a Human all lead the nominations across 16 categories with six. For the coveted Game of the Year, KARMA, Silent Hill f, R.E.P.O, Look Outside and No, I’m not a Human are all up against one another. Making thing even more interesting is the fact that KARMA, Silent Hill f, R.E.P.O. and No, I’m not a Human are all up for the Players’ Choice Award with Broken Bird Games’ Luto. That’s currently being voted on by the public, alongside the Horror Content Creator of the Year.

Not to be outdone, Vincent Adinolfi’s Heartworm and Dual Effect’s Tormented Souls II have five nominations, while Bloober Team’s Cronos: The New Dawn, Supermassive’s Little Nightmares 3, Red Soul Games’ Post Trauma and Tainted Pact’s Flesh Made Fear have four each.

Fans can now vote across all categories, with jury members then pick the winner from the top three as voted for the public, except for the aforementioned Player’s Choice and Horror Content Creator of the Year, where the public vote will determine the winner outright.

The Horror Game Awards 2025 will be hosted by awards co-creators Phil Dickens and Will Penkeyman, alongside co-producer Ash Millman. This year will mark its first live, in-person awards ceremony on December 13 in London, UK, at the Kensington Conference and Events Centre, in participation with Lost in Cult.
