YOSHIKI Unveils First Special Guest Jonathan Davis of Korn for Walt Disney Concert Hall Shows, July 16 & 17

LOS ANGELES – Japan’s biggest rock star, YOSHIKI, has revealed Jonathan Davis as the first special guest for his historic two-night YOSHIKI CLASSICAL 2026 concert event at Walt Disney Concert Hall. Davis — a longtime friend of YOSHIKI’s — is best known as the frontman for two-time GRAMMY®-winning nu metal pioneers Korn.

The exclusive collaboration brings together two genre-defying artists. YOSHIKI is the visionary behind X JAPAN’s groundbreaking fusion of classical music and rock, while Davis has remained one of the most instantly recognizable voices in metal for the past thirty years.

It’s a pairing few could have predicted — and one that only YOSHIKI’s singular career could make possible. Davis will join YOSHIKI for performances on both nights of his Walt Disney Concert Hall engagement: July 16 (“Scarlet Night”) and July 17 (“Violet Night”).

The concerts will once again showcase YOSHIKI’s signature blend of classical elegance and rock intensity, seamlessly uniting two musical worlds through his extraordinary artistry. Each evening will feature a distinct, specially curated setlist, ensuring that both “Scarlet Night” and “Violet Night” offer fans a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The performances also mark YOSHIKI’s highly anticipated return to the U.S. stage following his third cervical spine surgery in late 2024. More than a comeback, the concerts represent the latest chapter in the acclaimed Japanese artist’s remarkable creative resurgence, pairing his cinematic compositions with the world-class acoustics of one of Los Angeles’ most iconic concert halls.

Stay tuned for additional special guest reveals.
