Raven-Symoné has had a lot of roles throughout her career. A few years back, she was part of the panel of co-hosts on The View. Recently, news has come out that she will soon make her return to the talk show.
The View Recently Returned For Season 30 Back In Early September
Starting her career as a child actress, Raven got her big break playing Olivia Kendall on The Cosby Show. She later became known for That’s So Raven, Kim Possible, Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, and the Cheetah Girls franchise.
Raven was also a regular co-host on The View between 2015 and 2016. Over the years, she has made guest appearances on the show, such as back in 2024.

Recently, it’s been announced that Raven will return to the long-running talk show for Season 30. Fans previously watched this season make its debut on September 8, following Labor Day.
Raven is scheduled to appear for two episodes. Fans will see her on Oct. 15 and Friday, Oct. 16, 2026.
Raven-Symoné Isn’t The Only Former Co-Host To Make A Guest Appearance This Season
In addition to this, Raven will also appear alongside her wife Miranda Maday on the Behind the Table podcast, which is hosted by executive producer Brian Teta. According to People, the couple is also known for hosting their own podcast series, The Best Podcast Ever with Raven and Miranda.
Raven isn’t the only former co-host to make her return to the set during this milestone season. Previously, Star Jones, Debbie Matenopoulos, Lisa Ling, and Sherri Shepherd have all made guest appearances on the show.

Raven’s appearances come out as longtime co-host Joy Behar remains on medical leave. Behar, who had been one of the original co-hosts since the series’ debut, previously dislocated her shoulder. She has been absent from the show since October 1, which shared an update about her recovery.
At the time, Whoopi Goldberg read a statement from Behar. It read, “Thanks to everyone who inquired about my recovery. If I was still 21, I’d have bounced back the next day, but since I’m an old bat, recuperating takes a bit longer. I plan to be back next week to fill everyone in on all the gory details.”
Goldberg noted that this came out around the time of Behar’s birthday, which is on October 7. She then shared a message to Behar, wishing her a speedy recovery: “So what we’re saying is: Get better fast so we can celebrate you back here on The View.”
