He didn’t get out of jail for a long time, as they were not setting his bond. However, he is out now and is getting ready for trial. Amid all of this, it was revealed that a video was found on KJ’s phone that showed him being sexual with a family member. This has shocked fans, as they did not expect this.

KJ Biermann requested to have his trial be a closed courtroom. However, the judge denied his request. This was a major setback for KJ. He also asked that information from his other case not be brought to this one. The judge also denied that because he felt it was necessary to the case. However, the judge did grant his request for there to be no media or photography. They are also sealing the records so that the public can not access them. Regardless, some of these things have been a major setback for KJ and his team.
It seems as though KJ did not get a closed courtroom granted. This is something the judge did not see fit. However, he did get media restrictions, which will help his case. The judge did sign off on his court records being sealed. So, the public cannot access these. So, some of his requests got granted. However, some other important ones got denied.
