Hulu Adds Rosamund Pike & Matthew Rhys’ Shocking Horror Movie Today

Hulu subscribers can now finally watch last year’s highly rated psychological horror movie, featuring Academy Award nominee Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) and Emmy winner Matthew Rhys (Perry Mason). Beginning today, the 2025 film Hallow Road is now officially available to stream on Hulu.

What do we know about Rosamund Pike’s Hallow Road movie?

Hallow Road was directed and executive-produced by Babak Anvari (Under the Shadow), with William Gillies writing the screenplay. In the film, Pike and Rhys play desperate parents who want to help their daughter cover up a crime after she accidentally killed someone on the road. The cast also included Megan McDonnell as Alice, Stephen Jones as the detective, and Paul Tylark as an officer.

“The film follows two parents who receive a distressing late-night call from their teenage daughter, who has just accidentally hit a pedestrian. They jump in their car, racing to get there before anyone else stumbles across the scene. As they head deeper into the night, disturbing revelations threaten to tear the family apart as they soon realize they might not be the only ones driving down Hallow Road,” reads the official synopsis.

Since its world premiere at the 2025 SXSW Film Festival, the film has garnered a very high approval rating from critics. It currently holds a Certified Fresh score of 88% on Rotten Tomatoes. It was produced by Lucan Toh of Two & Two Pictures, Ian Henry of London Film & TV, and Richard Bolger of Hail Mary Pictures, with XYZ Films and Screen Ireland serving as financiers. The creative team consisted of cinematographer Kit Fraser and editor Laura Jennings, along with composers Peter Adams and Lorne Balfe.
