The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has been facing foreclosure on her Encino mansion for a long time. Yet, it appeared that her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, keeps saving the home. It is likely due to the fact that they have two small children, Phoenix and Jagger. Now, Dorit is off, and PK is attempting to take the mansion from her. Keep reading for more details on what is going on with the contentious couple.
PK Ready To Steal The Home
On RHOBH, PK Kemsley has been portrayed as a deadbeat father. He does not want to be around his children, and Dorit Kemsley has been left to pick up the pieces. She has vented her frustrations to her friends, but Kyle Richards and her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, are very close to PK. Therefore, they have almost always ignored what Dorit has had to say and sided with him. In Season 15, Kyle expressed how worried she was about Dorit’s excessive spending. That has not stopped, despite her home being at risk of foreclosure.
Now, PK is stepping up as Dorit is partying it up overseas for her big 5-0. He has filed documents asking a judge to turn the mansion over so he can sell it. The music manager alleges that the mansion is worth $8 million and he would prefer to unload it before the official foreclosure happens. Moreover, he claims that he has put hundreds of thousands of his own cash into it in an attempt to save it. As for Dorit, PK is accusing his estranged wife of “non-cooperation” and “broken promises.”
With her away and partying, he feels that this is the perfect time for him to take the mansion. PK does not live in the house anymore, but he maintains he still helps with bills. This is something that Dorit Kemsley has denied in the past. Yet, he has stated that she failed to keep up with the mortgage. Though she did not pay for the home, she has allegedly blown around $1 million on traveling and luxury shopping.
Time To Let Go
Dorit Kemsley has claimed that she would downsize if she had to. However, that has not appeared to be the case. She still resides in her Encino mansion and is not making any significant changes. As for PK, he is also claiming that their two minor children are in the dark as to where their mother is. Moreover, they have no idea when she will be back, but are staying with their grandparents.
