Big Brother Spoilers: New HOH Nominates Three Houseguests, But Who’s the Real Target?

It’s hard to believe it, but we’re around a quarter of the way through Big Brother Season 28!

With Rome out of the game and Kamu becoming the third Head of Household of the summer, the big question was who would find themselves on the block.

When the feeds returned on Thursday evening, the scheming was already in full swing, with Kamu holding one-on-ones before telling his allies that the biggest move this week would be taking out Jason.

It makes a lot of sense because Jason emerged as a major target during last week’s infamous nominations ceremony.

His game was blown wide open, and he has spent the last week trying to reconfigure his alliances and build new relationships to stay in the game.

But after Rome left the house, Jason was the natural next target. The fact that he won the Big Brother Blockbuster competition only makes him an even bigger threat.

The big question was whether Jason would go straight onto the block.

Kamu was initially against a backdoor target, but his allies quickly changed his mind.

He also wanted to target Mallory, but Angela told Mallory she would do everything in her power to make sure that didn’t happen.

    And so she did.

It didn’t make much of an impact, though, because Kamu eventually agreed to put Lyric, Latrice, and Mallory up as the initial nominees.

The plan, as of early Friday morning, was to pull Lyric down with the Power of Veto and send Jason up in her place, with the goal of sending him out the door next Thursday.

But no plan ever goes completely smoothly in the Big Brother house, so Mallory seems to be the backup target for now.

There’s no telling whether Kamu will change his mind overnight, particularly because he seems so close to Drew.

I’m going to be honest: I threw up in my mouth a little when Kamu compared them to Big Brother Season 16‘s Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore.

Remember, Drew is cutting deals left, right, and center, so Kamu is going to be stunned when the truth about Drew inevitably comes out.

The good news is that Angela, Dee, and Haley are already onto Drew and seem to want him exposed.

The issue is that Kamu is so close to him, and I don’t think this would be the best time for him to make such a move.

So, what did Kamu decide to do?

When the Big Brother Live Feeds returned on Friday afternoon, Lyric, Latrice, and [House were on the block.

What are your thoughts on the nominations and the initial plan to go after Jason on this reality TV hit? Do you think it will be a worthwhile endeavor, or is Mallory the bigger fish to fry?

What’s your take on Kamu and Drew? Do you think they’re genuinely working together, or are they both just playing each other at this point?

Let’s keep the conversation going — it’s the only way the good stuff survives.
