John Cena & Eric André Netflix Movie Little Brother Gets Hilarious Trailer

Netflix has shared the first Little Brother trailer. The upcoming comedy stars John Cena and Eric André as a pair of “brothers” coming together after some time.

“A famous real estate agent’s carefully curated world is upended when his eccentric ‘little brother’ unexpectedly reappears,” reads the film’s official synopsis. Little Brother is set to release on Netflix on June 26, 2026.

What happens in the Little Brother trailer?

The trailer for the comedy highlights the “brothers” Rudd (Cena) and Marcus (André), who met as children when Rudd was doing a big brother, little brother style charity program. After Marcus is in a car accident, he reunites with Rudd after calling for his help, and soon finds himself in Rudd’s home after they take him in. As Rudd deals with his own issues with his real brother, he must also deal with Marcus’ wild personality.

In addition to Cena and Andre, the cast of Little Brother includes Michelle Monaghan, Chris Meloni, Ego Nwodim, Sherry Cola, Caleb Hearon, Ben Ahlers, Bryce Gheisar, and Pilot Bunch. Matt Spicer directs the film, which comes from a script from Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogel, while Ruben Fleischer and David Bernad for Middle Child Pictures serve as producers.

Spicer made his feature film directorial debut in 2017 with Ingrid Goes West, which stars Aubrey Plaza and Elizabeth Olsen. He hasn’t directed a movie since then; however, he has helmed episodes of TV shows such as On Becoming a God in Central Florida, Dollface, Angeline, and American Horror Stories.

Cena, meanwhile, was recently seen reprising his role as Christopher Smith in Peacemaker Season 2, and he’ll also soon be seen in the long-awaited Coyote vs. Acme movie later this year. Following a recent supporting role in Marvel’s Ironheart TV show, Andre is now playing Don Sauvage in the live-action Street Fighter movie that is scheduled to arrive in October.
